Bucky is acting funny as well, but since I've only had him for a couple of weeks, and am new to birds in general, I don't know what his baseline behavior is anyway. The other night, he kept flying off the kitchen counter to the floor and running around poking his head in all the little crevices. We have one cabinet where the pot's handles' are too long to fit in the cabinet with the door closed, so it stands open a wee bit. He kept trying to finagle his way in there! He would do that, then turn around, tap his beak on the floor, lower his head and hold his wings out from his body just a bit, then charge full speed at my ankles. (The only thing he didn't do was scratch his foot like a charging bull.)
It was a crazy evening- I finally just put him back in his bedroom and covered him up. I didn't know what else to do. His antics to lure me to his "love nest" were going to get him stepped on!
I've been spending more time in focused training and exercising him, and trying to make sure he gets plenty of sleep. The rest of the time I'm praying this is over soon.

(Please forgive me for typos-I'm typing on my phone today... Grrrr!)
