i voted 3...one amazon sits on a perch...he is not flighted...the second amazon has his cage door open and can climb on it...he usually sits on the cage door...he has limited flight...my CAG plays on her play gym and is content...i didn't count my sun conure as he is flighted and sits on my shoulder....can't leave him anywhere because he just flies back to me...the rest of my flock need attention....lol

Sounds wonderful.
I closed my two Amazons in heir cages because I had to rush my mother to the hospital and didn't know when I would be back or who would be taking care of them. Rambo yelled "Let me out", and my baby Myrtle tried to pick it up.

I've apparently missed this in the past.

I voted for all. And they are all flighted.

I can do my own things when they are out, however, I do cheat the in the sense that I don't plan to do anything really complicated with them out. When they are out, it's my "down time" of sorts. I can watch TV or do things on the computer while still keeping an eye on them. I have done toys in the past with them around and it was rather successful. I could probably do things like fold laundry, but I tend to do that at other times.

I have also done some reading with them out. Very doable even if I keep an eye on things.
