Do you ever find yourself talking to people like you talk to your bird?

No, but I ask Apple questions, and answer them in Apple's 'voice'. I do his voice in this small, funny robotic way..

Me: Apple, do you like Spice
Me pretending to be Apple: nooo.

Apple, are you smart?
Me pretending to be Apple: yesss.

Apple, do you like sitting?
Me pretending to be Apple: yesss.

I get the urge to 'cluck' at cute things. I found myself clucking at my niece when she was a baby. And at my coworkers baby....Fortunately neither of them clued in, and i was able to mentally kick myself before they did : P
Wild animals are called 'wild' for a reason. Keep them that way. Adopt your pets, or buy them from a certified breeder.

I whistle at all animals now. Not on purpose, but it's a funny habit. I was washing the calves, and they were getting pretty rowdy, so I started whistling. They stopped and looked at me like I was a crazy woman.

Now, I may ever find myself talking to people like I talk to my birds, but I do talk to people about my birds all the time! A lot of people aren't interested, but their my babies and I need to gush like the proud mama I am

To people no, not yet and I hope it'll never happen.
But .... one time I wanted to reward my boyfriend's dog and I gave her a milk bone saying: "Good bird"
