Oh ok. Well if you're writing html code, it would be something like:

Code: Select all
<a href="http://theparrotforum.com">The Parrot Forum</a>

If you want to get more fancy and have a roll over for additional info when hovering over the link you can do:

Code: Select all
<a href="http://theparrotforum.com" title="The Parrot Forum - A place for discussing parrot ownership, care, diet, toys, and training">The Parrot Forum</a>

But if you are using a website builder program, I'm sure there will be some kind of link creating function. You just have to use the URL (http://theparrotforum.com) and possibly give some text for the link like The Parrot Forum. Let me know if you need specific help. Thanks for doing that. I'm really glad you enjoy the forum so much.

Yeah, good idea. I definitely wish more stores/breeders would recommend us because they don't have the time to answer newbie's every question, but the community is very helpful and friendly.

I tend to recommend the forum whenever someone asks about parrots, especially if I don't know the answer to something. I told the rescue I got Cheney Bird from, the vet this morning, the neighbor who saw my bird and wanted to get one. It'd be great if you could get on more stores and breeders sites.

Ok, well while we're on this subject, I did design some fliers that members are welcome to post in the pet stores they frequent (many have dedicated bulletin boards for this kinda stuff) and wherever they think it could be helpful to parrot owners with questions:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=753

Bringing more people in provides new points of view, meaningful discussion, and is hopefully very helpful to them and their parrots. So anyone interested in printing a few of these and posting, it's greatly appreciated.
