I think I might love you. I absolutely LOVE Iron & Wine and NO ONE I know has ever heard of them! I love "Such Great Heights", but my favorite is "Love and Some Verses". And I'm from PA, too! Not Scranton, but the Lehigh Valley.
Hooray!! We played Love and Some Verses, too! Funny story, though... my husband was in a freak accident two days before our wedding and fell from a cliff while hiking with some friends, so he went down the aisle in a wheelchair. I had picked "Such Great Heights" as our wedding song beforehand and was NOT about to change it due to unbelievable irony.
Honestly, I was against becoming one of those "indie" people, just because I know way too many snobby skinny-jean-wearinging "indie" people, but I can't help the inevitable... they've got the best music
My brother is taking his girlfriend to see a Rusted Root concert back home next week and I am INSANELY jealous!And where in Lehigh Valley are you!? I actually live about 30 minutes south of Scranton, so we're probably pretty close! Once I'm back in the area maybe we'll have to find a good concert to go to
