Why people get banned here?

Captwest responded to my post in Parrot Rescure even before I did an introduction. This went on for many days and sometimes many times a day. He was a big help with knowledge and reinforsement. I do miss him and wish there was just a punishment period when someone did something wrong. I wonder if they could be invited back now that time has past.

i think thats a good idea because a lot of the people who got banned were all so helpful and very nice.
