Yes
He is antagonizing the bird. Why is he doing that? He is making that bird hate him for picking on you. Your dad is causing the problem. What can you do about it?

Well im not sure about that because its been mad at him for about 2 weeks already and he only tried that a day ago like ok let me set another example what happened today.I went to play football for 4 hours, when i come back my dad is talking to his friend and has the parrot on his shoulder and its acting fine, then it sees me and it bites my dad(the way it attacks with rage, it raises its head then smacks its beak on the floor and bites the floor or whatever is under him, witch in this case is my dad's shoulder). It just goes plain crazy when it sees me so i highly doubt that's why its mad i actually am not sure why i even asked that in the earlier posts i was just throwing in random thoughts there

That is what you do here. Throw out an idea and check it out. Proove it or remove it.

Does your bird know the word no? All of my critters know the word. Rambo and Myrtle can tell me no when they don't want something or don't want to be bothered.

Maybe work on that. Not loud. Loud scares instead of informs. Loud means you've lost it and the other has won.

Have you ever seen a disagreement where two people are talking and one gets loud. The loud one knows he is loosing ground in the conversation.

I'm kind of having a hard time seeing a pattern in the situation, but is it possible that the bird has bonded w/your dad??

Situation A: The bird is fine w/you unless your dad comes in. Is the bird attacking your dad in an effort to drive his beloved (your dad) away from you?

Situation B: The bird is fine w/your dad unless you come in the room. Does the bird maybe see you as a threat to his loved one (your dad) or as competition w/him for your dad's attention?

Maybe I'm not understanding your situation clearly. Just throwing it out there, like Liz said.

no no no haha yah ok well leme give a few examples of what happens

A)I'm gone for longer than an hour its nice to my dad and plays with him,as soon as it sees me,the very same second it sees me it screams and bites my dad.

B)I'm siting on the couch next to my bird scratching its head its eyes are closed and its enjoying me scratching it and then as soon as it sees my dad it moves toward the end of the couch and attacks(raises its head then slams toward the ground and bites the couch). And starts screaming, it opens it wings in aggression and tries to fly(witch it cant) so it falls on the floor and runs toward my dad trying to bite him.

thats what always happens

No - We don't quit. We just don't have a solution to the problem. Since we are not there with you, you must keep us informed to the situation until someone can come up with something.

I am glad you came back in and asked. Most just wander off and we wonder where they went.

hm ok well so it apears when im not around my parrot it likes my dad, like a day ago i hadnt talked with it and it saw my dad was changing its bird feed in the kitchen and i guess because i hadnt talked with it for a few hours it forgot i was siting on the couch, so it went over to my dad and started talking with him and my dad could play with it but then when i went to the kitchen to get water, the bird went insane again and started screaming at my dad and trying to bite him.
