I've been close enough to see that it doesn't have a leg band, but still believe it must have been a pet because I could get within a couple of feet of it when it first appeared. I'm trying to find out if there have been any reports of a wild flock in the area . Jude

Well I finally managed to locate a dog crate which I set up on a table in the middle of my lawn, and put various food, treats in it, but unfortunately didn't manage to tempt him in and now he seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure whether he was frightened away by the wild Indian Ring neck parakeets in the locality. I'm hoping he's not far away and I can lure him back as I really miss him, he was so beautiful.
