What are your New Year's Resolutions when it comes to your parrots? What do you want to achieve with them this year or perhaps avoid doing? What are your goals?

My current goal is to train more tricks and to try putting speech on cue.
My other goal is to train him to accept the harness again and to fly him outside regularily in the summer.
