Lemonlime

Postby Zooey » Tue Feb 14, 2012 7:57 pm

You don't have to read this, but this is just for the future, so no confusion happens, because I don't want to explain over and over about Lemonlime.
Lemonlime died. Yesterday I came home and saw her lying there. I saw her shivering for a few days before, and I didn't know that it was serious or not. Maybe from malnutrition, because she always refused anything other than seeds. We're thinking about another budgie so Perry isn't lonely. Maybe from Lynn's Birds down in San Jose.
Please do not ask any further questions about this. This is just so that there will be no confusion in the future.
They're not your whole life, but they make your life whole.

sorry your little budgie died. it happens.
Perry will appreciate having a new buddy as i am sure he is lonely.
my budgies loved their seeds and millet but also liked dandelion, grasses and other wet greens clipped to the side of the cage.

I am so sorry that you lost one of your babies.

Not long ago I lost my little Twinkle tiel. She was on the bottom of the cage one evening and dead the next day. I mourned for about a week before I was even able to tell the forum.

Lemone' was with her when she died and really missed her. As luck had it we had two babies. Lemone' wants to be a daddy and claimed both babies. One has been rehomed and is very happy. The smaller one, though fully fledged, is still being fed by Lemone'. I will keep it even if it turns out to be a boy. The other tiels are in pairs and Lemone' needs a buddy.
