Jholms - I think you are already hooked.

Rambo and Myrtle only use their cage to keep their food in. They were using the door to perch on while they ate so I took it off.

Yesterday at critter nap time Rambo was not in his nap place. I called him and he answered "yea".
That is funny because he usually says "what".

GOOD NEWS!

Through a convoluted series of emails, I was actually linked up with the guy who lost the bird! I returned it to him tonight. He's got a HUGE outside aviary and lots of other smaller ones. Probably 100 birds in total. So the little guy is back with his family and enjoying flying around.

For those curious, he lost his beak (twice now) by snooping into nests that didn't belong to him. :)

If he isn't smart enough to keep his beak out of others birdie business maybe he should not be put back in a flock.

I'm so pleased all your hard work paid off and he is now with his owner again.

Thank you for perservering for him, I wish more people would take that time and effort.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I probably won't wander back this way now that the bird is gone. Who knows down the road, though, once retirement kicks in. I hope your birds and you have a great time together.
