My birds had a ball with Tropical Storm Isaac

Postby cmaygar » Tue Aug 28, 2012 2:11 pm

My WBC and my Green Cheeked Amazon spend a lot of time on my screened-in covered pool enclosure and they are in a wind-proof part of the patio behind a solid wall. When the Tropical Storm winds started to get strong yesterday, I initially went out to bring them in until I was watching them having such a great time listening to the wind and watching the heavy rain come down. They were having so much fun whistling, playing and making happy parrot sounds that I decided to leave them where they were. They had a great time and it was fun to watch them.

We had some bad weather here during the weekend with lightning and thunder and lots of rain, all my little birds were glued to the windows dancing around, think their instincts tells them it's shower time or something.
