Have to say they have fantastic customer service. I ordered a couple of toys along with the food order I placed to bump it up so I got free delivery. One of the toys didn't look particuarly safe based on my strict criteria that toys must meet so I e-mailed them to tell them. They said they had had no other complaints and the toy is popular but they told me how to get a refund without paying the returns fee with no fuss.

I sent the parcel back freepost on monday and have already received my refund so I'm pretty impressed really.
