Healthy seeds

People have this idea that seeds are bad for birds but, in reality, they are not only part of most species natural diets but some are very nutritious. The most important caveat being their protein and fat content and, basically, how much they eat of them.

As a personal note, I never give my birds chia. I tried it and it makes an unholy glutinous mess that the birds would not touch.
