Aloe Vera: good but...

VERY comprehensive write-up on aloe vera, its pros and cons. Personal note: I use aloe vera in the detox regime I use for all 'new' older birds and I give it to everybirdy two or three days in a row about twice a year but it's always organic juice from the inner leaf and it's always diluted one part aloe vera to three parts water - if not less.
