I've found Jasper lovess Cheerios.. I'm sure he'd love the other brands but their pretty sugary so I've just kept him on that.

Widget and Pip-Squeak are in love with seed sprouts!!!!!!.....so far I have read many a forum and seed sprout are one of the best foods you can offer your parrot!...both of mine go crazy over popcorn sprouts!...the are plump juicy and sweet!

Lucy and Jessie love Corn as well ... but they love it even more right off the cob. I usally boil them a cob whenever I'm making them and once cooked cut off about 1/4 of the cob for them and hang in their cages on the kabob's that I have.

In fact on the weekend, I gave them a mix of frozen corn, carrots and peas (I was in a hurry) and all their corn was gone. Lucy doesn't like cooked carrots, so only orange was left in her bowl. Jessie doesn't like peas, so only green was left in his. Funny little monkey's sure know what they like and don't like.

I have recently discovered that Jessie LOVES brocolli. I've been adding it onto their kabob's and he's too cute when he has little brocolli pieces all over his beak

Both of mine love peppers above all else, the hotter the better!!! Jalapenos are a pretty regular part of the mash mixture I make for them because they will eat any veggie if you make it taste like pepper.

beyond that Athena the Pionus loves coconut shavings and any kind of seed because I rarely let her have seeds and Beep Beep the Parrotlet would probably walk across my dead body for a millet spray.

Corn.. Binx's will do just about anything for corn!

For our Cockatiel it would have to be Red Millet and our Green Cheek Conures it would be Apple and Corn
