Take her to an avian vet because I have no idea what you mean by "not in good health" at the very least can you tell what you mean in lots of detail, preferably with a good clear picture if possible.

How old is she/he? Is it possible that she's growing more.
You need to go to an avian vet anyway as you should always get new birds checked. Is she bleeding in anyway or are there feathers falling out?

I would go to the avian vet asap in case there's a bad problem. Not saying there is but its always possible.
