favorite parrot food brand?

I'm growing my own veggies this year as well. I have a very good organic grocer in the neighborhood with a terrific selection, but I feel better feeding from over my own little "crops" that I have had control over from seed.

every summer me & kids do some planting..pumpkins, zucchini, peppers,last yr we did a ras.bush, & strawberriys. this yr I plan to add some sweet potatoes, try watermelon (again) & others fruits/vegies herbs.but I;v also been looking into flowers that are safe, and was happy to here that African daisys are on the good list!! I planted a ton last yr w/ snap dragons & basil,chamomeal,sage...have to see what comes back!
