First of all, I hope she made it and getting better but, my dear, next time, post the details of what happened because we might be able (collectively) to come up with something that could tide her over. But, just so you know, when a bird is hurt or has a stroke or a seizure, the very first thing you need to do is keep them calm, quiet and VERY warm. Don't go around pulling your hair, crying and carrying on because you will make things worse for them. A quiet (but also very familiar) and dark (they feel less vulnerable if they can 'hide') spot with a nice heating pad on the bottom of the cage (take the perches out and make the bottom nice and cushiony with a folded, clean towel -you should always keep a clean towel handy, one that was not put in the dryer with a dryer sheet or softener in the rinse cycle). Don't try to put anything in the beak unless you are an experienced hand-feeder (the bird could aspirate, otherwise).
I hope it wasn't the bars separation that caused this but I've been worrying about it since you posted the picture of the new cage because I once had a budgie that died that way (she lived cage-free in the birdroom but she got her head stuck while perching on the top of a big cage and, by the time I found her, she was dead of a broken neck).
