Crazy Parakeet

Hi I'm really worried about my parakeet Sprite she has been acting weird. She is about a year old. She has been destroying her cage. She would always take her swing down and knock perches off. She is always trying to get out to eat my amazons food and explore everywhere. she is constantly eating her food everyday until its almost all gone. she tends to fluff up a lot which I think is a bad sign, but she is really active. she has been chewing her cuttlebone a lot more than usual. Now I think she is either bleeding on the top of her cere or its just the color from her cuttlebone. Please help I don't know a lot about this and I love her so much.
