Dried fruits are not good for parrots. They don't have enough moisture, they have too much sugar and are treated with sulfites which are not good for them.
Cook grains like wheat, barley, brown rice, oats and mix them with thawed frozen veggies like corn, peas, diced carrots, chopped broccoli and sprinkle a bit of seeds on top of it. Take the seeds out of the cage after they eat dinner and put this food in the cage, on a white paper plate, at the bottom of the cage, in the morning. Then, in the evening, at sunset, give them a portion of seeds only big enough to fill up their crop.
It takes time for parrots to eat new foods but I've never had a single problem transitioning any seed junkie to the cooked grain dish.
