I have had her on a different diet - trying to take in the advice from you all.

She now has a parrot mix of various seeds which I take the sunflower seeds out of (they prove useful in that I am trying to teach her flight recall atm) but she only gets about 4 or 5 of them per day. This seed mix she has about tablespoon of every 2 days.

Other than that, I cook her a mix of pulses every evening for her tea (it always sends her to sleep) and mix one or two raw veg into it.
For her breakfast she has a mix of 1 fruit with 2 veg. So this means every day she has atleast 3 or 4 different vegs and 1 or 2 fruits.
Occasionally (once a week) she has some scrambled egg (nothing added)
And sundays she gets sunday dinner: a tiny bit of roast chicken and all the veg we have except its raw.

She still eats like there's no tomorrow, I'm sure anyone who saw me feed her would think that I starve her the rest of the time. But in the month and a bit I've had her she has only gained 10g (now 110g) and has grown in length so I'm not worried about that. And she has access to fly around the house for 6-7 hours per day (and she definitely makes use of her time!)

BUT I am very concerned. Her skin on her feet have gone from being pink to a very dull grey (I know its a normal colour for birds - but its the fact its changed) and yellowish around the ends near her nails. And the skin that joins onto her beak is also looking distinctly yellowish. My vet said it was probably her diet and to include veg - he ignored the fact I'd just told him all the above that she does get veg. So I'm wondering what I am doing wrong??

I have several worries but this one is about feeding. Firstly, I try to clean up every time she poops but if there's any on the bars she will turn round and start eating it! I try to distract her but she gets angry at me for doing this?
Secondly, I was given a bag of budgie seed and a bag of parrot feed and told to give a bowl of each for now. She eats like crazy - every time she's back in her cage she's constantly eating. And i keep topping them back up.
I've also given her so far: broccoli, carrot, parsnip, potato, apple, grape, elderberries and blackberries. She isnt fond the last two, But otherwise she's devoured these too.
Is this normal?? Seems a LOT for her size.
But she squeals when she has no food :(
i one time had a senegal and ive got african greys i use johnson and jeff low sunflower they love it most pet shops sell the cheaper food with more sunflower and they love them but its not that good for them not to many anyway
