I've just got home and my daughter told me she gave biggles my b&g macaw a full plum and he eat it all so when I looked on the playstand the shell of seed or nut was spilt in half so I think biggles has eaten it will it harm biggles or not please help someone info a must

Well, he ate some arsenic, that much I can tell you. Apple and pear seeds as well as plum and peach pits have it. Not in huge quantity that can kill right away but it's something to take into consideration when feeding them fruits. I cut off the seeds of the apples and pears and don't give them whole peaches and plums, just in case (better safe than sorry). He should be OK but don't allow him to eat them in the future.

I have had words with my daughter she said that she gave him satsuma aswell seed less and the other thing what about tomato cucumber and pomegranate cause they all have seeds in she said I had to say I don't know but I will find out so does anyone know for sure I've heard black ones are a no no white ones it won't matter I normally don't give biggles anything with seeds in?
