has anyone came across palm hearts and can they be fed to greys?,I have just came across them in the supermarket and would like to try them,but need to know they are safe.they are also called swamp cabbage,they seem to be more available in the USA as no one on the uk forum has heard of them.

Yes, my parrots get them every now and then (they are pricey and I have a lot of birds)
