It doesn't seem right at all that your parrots breathing is so loud you can hear it in another room, is the noise constant or does it come and go? If its coming and going I wonder if your parrots trying to imitate something?
Can you give us more details like age/species/other symptoms etc. If you could post a video of the noise that might also help us to help you but tbh if it is the breathing I would suggest finding another vet urgently who can give care to your parrot until your usual vet is available.

If what you hear is indeed your parrot breathing, he is terribly sick and if you don't take him to the vet IMMEDIATELY, he will die within days.

Since I am not a vet...I am not qualified to adequately advise you.Our experiance with our macaws has been you can hear not so much the breathing, but at bedtime beak grinding and almost but not quite snoreing.Im not suggesting you not be concerned. The noise you are hearing is it wheezing or gurgling. What type of bird are we talking about.

You need to get the bird to an avian vet urgently.
If the noise is your bird breathing it is very very very sick.
If you really cannot get to an avian vet then go to a normal vet and demand (nicely but firmly) that you want them to get in touch with an avian vet to ensure any testing and treatment is correct.

You really do not have any time to waste on this unless you want to lose your bird. If the bird is not well then he is suffering and allowing any animal to suffer is blatant cruelty and morally wrong. Sorry if this sounds harsh but it really is that important.

Please come back and keep us updated with your greys progress.

Ok illconsult a vet...this is the reason of me registerin here....
My parrot is bein very different from all the parrots i read about on the net.....so i feel like my parrot is kind a awkward
Shes always aggressive......We cant touch her....she wants to bite everythin....i feed her with my hand....but she doesnt eat anythin else but sunflowers seeds
i guess her cage is small.........ohh and the last thing.........when she opens her mouth ( when shes pissed and her feather stands) i can hear her makin a voice : GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
and this voice....like cats when they do a voice before attackin or smthn
