african grey food types

hi there i feed my african greys low sunflower seed and they have everyday fruit and veg boiled mashed up egg with the shell on say twice a week and also palm oil unrefined im new not to african greys but to breeding pairs so i was wondering if they needed anything that im not giving them or when they are ready to breed a kind of a heavyer food any ideas thanks for reading this im new to the chat so still finding my feet thanks again
