I am pretty sure the OP is in Asia and that there are no clinics or commercial hand-feeding formulas (as far as I know, they don't even have avian vets). Also, local fruits would be completely different than the ones available in USA and I don't think that humidity is an issue (it wasn't the reason why the baby died, either, because lack of humidity kills them in the shell and not 24 hours after born).
