Help me please with my IRN!!!

Could someone help me please, my 4mth old Blue Indian Ringneck is sneezing, rubbing his beak, very quiet, not standing up right and shaking his head. I am worried something is wrong I've only had him 3 weeks. Thanks.

Yes, your bird is sick (most likely, a respiratory infection, hopefully, not psittacosis) and needs to be seen by a doctor.
