Safe foods?

Hi! I was just wondering what are the safe food for parrots? Or would it be shorter to ask what they can't eat?

Basically never feed them avocado, raw beans, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars or dairy with the exception of a little yogurt or hard cheese. I also see no value in or reason to give them iceburg lettuce, although leaf lettuce is fine. Also no fruit seeds.
I won't say that this is a complete list of do not feed items, but I feel that it does cover the majority of them. If you will type in your browsers search window something like " parrot safe foods" or " foods that are toxic to parrots" you should get several sites that provide lists of foods that are safe and also toxic ones as well. Visit several of them and print out their lists, there will be a lot of duplication but none of them is complete and all have some differences.

Add 'undercooked' to the beans, and spinach and rhubarb to the list as well as anything fried, with salt, preservatives or any type of meat.
