How Often To Feed Fruits, Veggies, Etc.

(Sorry for all my questions all the time!)
I've had to do research in order to find out what to feed Navi (my Princess of Wales), who will be coming home with me next weekend after finished weaning. The store for some reason hasn't told me what to feed her specifically and simply said to do research on what to feed her.

I've found for everyday I should feed her canary seed mix / similar to a cockatiel, and other seeds. I assume treats will be spray millet as well as that was included on the list. Also it said to feed her fruits and vegetables. It did not specify how often however. So should I give her fruits and veggies once a day?

Also, when and how often should I give her supplements? I know during breeding season I should give her extra calcium, so I guess I should crush up some egg shells, but do you guys have any recommendations for other calcium supplements?

I would feed her fruit and veggies first thing in the morning along with things like cooked whole grains and sprouts and then leave her some fresh fruit and leafy greens to nibble on during the day. Then I would give her probably about a teaspoon of good quality seed mix for her evening meal. Probably the easiest way to give calcium is to get a cuttlebone and scrape a little off it to sprinkle on her food in the morning.
I would also keep a watch on her eyes, as my information says that they are prone to eye infections.

Yes, I would do as Wolf says but would use about two level tablespoons of seeds because they are medium size birds and partial seed eaters in the wild. Aside from that, lots of fruits - I've never had any so I don't have any personal experience but, going by what I've read, the cooked and diced veggies in the whole grain breakfast mix should be more than enough.

They don't do well by themselves and need a rather large flight cage but they are great aviary birds.
