My birds eat both the yellow and the green raw (it's way too watery when you cook it and my birds don't like mushy things). PS It's spelled 'zucchinni'. In English, the same word is used for the singular and plural but, in Italian, the singular is 'zucchino' which means small gourd or pumpkin.
