I Just bough a African grey parrot The age is 8 Month ..
And I want to know what I Should give him to eat .. ??

Hi;
I feed my birds a cooked mix of white beans, whole grains, brown rice mixed vegetables, lentils to which I add fresh fruit and vegetables before serving, this is breakfast about an hour later I give a green leaky vegetable and a fresh fruit to nibble on through the day and for dinner I feed a seed mix.

I also feed a dish of cooked whole grains with pulses and veggies but I put out their raw veggie, fruit and leafy green at the same time (breakfast), then a small portion of seeds for dinner.
