Where do you live?
I am asking this because I know that in some places there may not be any avian vets, but if there are any in your area then you need to take your bird to see them.

Flagyl may be a good way to go if your bird has a parasitic infestation, in which case you will also have to treat any other birds that you may have. But What if this is not a parasite but a fungal infection instead?
I would love to be able to help in this matter, but I am not an avian vet and so I can not diagnose illness legally nor can I prescribe treatment. You really should take the bird to an avian vet if possible. Maybe someone else here can help you further than this, but most are just going to tell you to take the bird to see the vet.

I understand you well enough but right here , there is no vet , less I forget I did try to attach the bird picture , may be this can go a long way in fine tuning your decision about the prescription , thanks a lot

I wish that I could do more for your bird, but I don't possess the knowledge required for this. Pajarita is much more skilled in this area than I am, perhaps she has some suggestions that will help in this matter. She will likely be here a little later today.
Thanks for the picture it should help some.

The picture is not clear at all but, for what I can see, it looks like an infection so I would treat with an antibiotic. I would use Cephalexin for something like this and it comes in liquid form, too, which is the best medium with birds (start on day one with a double dosage twice in the day and then go to the normal one for 3 weeks). Keep the bird very warm (85 to 90 degrees), isolated from other birds, and in a quiet place (cage should be extra clean!). Give it soft food and make sure it's getting lots of food with vitamin C and betacarotene. But if this is a problem with the reproductive organs, the bird might end up dying from it.
