I know i post in two different places, even though I speak to the same people, but I don't want to mix the topics, and then the readers wouldn't understand anything!

Sooooooooo!
I've bought these two types of perches because I couldn't find any other, Denmark has no proper parrot shop so my options were VERY limited. I will try putting some rocks here and there, in the cage and in the apartment.
We'll change the other wooden perches with tree branches, but I'm a bit reluctant because some of them might be toxic? and I don't know very much about trees, which is which, and which is good.

Also, GOOD NEWS!
Dino has finally taken a bath! I mean a REAL bath! he started messing in the water bowl, and we tried to spray him and he actually enjoyed it!
Meanwhile, Zaura keeps watering the floor and everything around her, but just like you said, she doesn't seem to be wet at all:)

one thing that you can do is to whittle little scallops all over the dowel perches so that here are no totally round places left. I am not the best at identifying very many trees either so I often must resort to a book on tree identification and just to be safe I make sure it has pictures too.

AHA! Big progress! And this means not only that he is now taking baths but also that he is now feeling quite comfortable and safe (birds don't bathe when they don't feel safe because wetting their plumage difficults a quick getaway and the act of bathing would distract them from been on the lookout for danger).

You can use spruces and pines, most of the Northern forests are made of these and they are safe to use as long as they have not been sprayed with chemicals (go outside the city and just cut a couple of branches from a wild forest).

We actually live outside the city, because Copenhagen is WAAAY too crowded for our taste, and we have a forest nearby, so we'll take some wood this weekend:)
Is pine okay for parrots? Also, pine cones? I think pine cones would make a great toy, but they are toxic for our degus (Chilean rodents), so that's why I did not even consider it.

Yes, pines are fine as are pinecones (my birds love them).
