Canteloupe...and seeds?

We feed our guys canteloupe and honeydew amongst other fruits and vegetables.Those that feed these...do you feed them everypart but the outside skin?We have only ever fed the fruity part but have heard of others feeding the entire inside.Thoughts?

Yes, I've also seen postings saying that they feed their birds the whole thing with seeds and all. I don't, I scoop the seeds out.

Hm I have see this to It seems melon seed is ok but fruit seeds like apple are not.

Yes, pip or pit seeds tend to have cyanide in various degrees, melon seeds do too although in a smaller quantity so I don't feed them to them (they don't like them, anyway - too slimy, I think).
