I don't have or ever had a galah but I have a citron, a LSC and had two umbrellas and found they were (and are) all great eaters of produce to the point that they all loved leafy greens, the most difficult part of a good diet to get a parrot to eat regularly (the very first thing my LSC goes for in the morning is ALWAYS the daily leafy green or cruciferous). He also used to eat people's food in his previous home but no longer does as it's really not healthy for them -well, let me rephrase that, if you are a vegan, eat organic and without any preservatives whatsoever, never fry or use salt, it's OK but I don't know anybody who eats that way :lol:

Wolf is correct about the solar schedule, is not so much their exposure to direct sun (it doesn't work if it goes through a glass because all glass is now made with UV blockers) but their not been exposed to artificial light until the sun is out in the sky and after it's halfway down to setting.
