Hi, my daisy suffering from vent problem, extreme discharge on the vent spot, she walking improperly and became weak. Therefore, could u please suggest avian vet at Chennai.

I am not even aware of where that is, but I would get your bird to an avian vet right away and hunt for a better vet later as the bird doesn't have the time for that right now.

Chennai is in India. Please don't wait and, if you can't find an avian vet, at least put the bird on antibiotics (look for enrofloxacin in liquid form but, if you can't find it, go for amoxicillin).
