I went to www.amazon.com and it sent me to Parrot and Conure World. They have
Vita Lamp 20 watt Full Spectrum Bulb #9010-00180 4 for $75.97

Am I in the right direction.

The bulb that came up when I checked it had a cri of either 88 or 91 depending on your choice you need cri of 94 and up.

If the price looks right I will go back and get the one that said 94. Is that about the right price?

No, no, that light is too blue (Ktemp 6700!). It needs to be between 5000 and 5500 (but you can go as low as 4700 during the winter) or it makes them go into breeding condition.

How can I not listen. The girl baby blabbers constantly in my left year. I think I have actually lost some hearing in that ear. She also responds to Rambo's contact call while on my left shoulder.

The bulbs here ( FeatherBrite ) are Cri of 91 and K temp of 5500

This link is betteras the bulb is CRI of 98 and K temp 5500, just what you need.

Just so you know it is a chromalux bulb and you can order direct. This is the one I woud get. Also it is a compact fluorescent bulb, it has a screw in type base.
