my first chop is this okay? also how much?

Okay so I made my first chop(freezeable) today. I made enough to feed an army so it will last a few months anyway.
It has fresh greenbeans, acorn squash, red bell pepper(one veg. both conures actually like)
carrots, parsley, kale, spinach, peas and corn and one jalapeno(never mix with hands after adding this, lol, my hand was burning).
for grains I used brown rice, quinea, red rice, wild rice mix(cooked)
some couscous, only a half cup.
and finally cooked lentils.

So if I give them each a tablespoon of this in the morning how much and what else should I feed daily?
I know my sun will scream and starve herself if I dont add some seeds.I also have the pellets, which I will be trying to phase out)
Also what nuts and how many a week?
I always have lots of fruit around, I love fruit, blueberries being a staple. Not sure how much to feed each day.

I end up worrying they are not getting enough and will break down and feed the sun extra stuff later in the day like a peanut, or some sunflower seeds or bread(I got some nice organic sprouted grain and seed bread that is pretty healthy).

Sorry this is so long.Im trying to get this all sorted out. I want them to live for a really long time.

I think that due to the fact that Pajarita is much more knowledgeable than I am on this topic I think that I will let her answer this one. I am still learning how to balance these thing out. I do however think that I would not use very much spinach as some birds have a problem with getting too much iron. I will learn from her answer to you as well, thank you for asking.

It sounds good, Sasha! I would not use spinach or parsley (very high in oxalates which inhibit calcium absorption) and use chopped broccoli instead (you find it already chopped in the frozen section of the supermarket) as well as add a baked or boiled sweet potato to it but it's an excellent first try (much better than mine :D )! In the future, you might want to make two batches, one with jalapeno and another one with 'sweet' stuff like a bit of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, some naturally dried fruits (like dates, figs, raisins, currants) to give him a bit of a variety (I do one day fruity, one day spicy and it works well to keep their interest in it).

Now, at the beginning, you will have to add some seeds to it so he 'recognizes' it as food but, as you see that he is eating it (you will find empty 'skins' of the corn, peas, grains in it), eliminate them and just give him seeds for dinner (it will also help with training because, if you save the sunflowers as rewards, he will be more than happy to oblige). I put out a lot of gloop and there is always leftover which I throw away (I actually give it to the pigeons, sparrows, etc that I feed) but none of my birds are fat so I would not put just a spoonful in their bowl - for a sun conure, I would put half a measuring cup in his bowl.
