Parrot Salad?

What goes into a parrot salad? Also, can you/should you..feed scrambled eggs for protein? I have a 3 month old sun conure. Thanks

I already answer on the other thread the salad question. As to eggs, I don't like to feed parrots animal protein. It's not part of their natural diet and, as herbivores, they don't really benefit from it (too much fat, protein and cholesterol for them).

ok thanks..i thought it was weird to feed a bird..bird eggs anyway...seems like it be like feeding a cow and hamburger..
