Hey fellow community!
I apologise for my absence as I've been busy at work and had family issues of late.
I've been recently looking at sprout mixes for my baby boy and Ive found two types that interest me but I just wanted verification that it's healthy for my boy to have every day (mostly).
I'd take out sunflower seeds and chickpeas etc but here's the ingredients:

I've been away for a little bit looking after a friend in Brisbane too, so dad was in charge of him for a bit.
He created and fed him a mix of roughly chopped: walnuts, cashews, Brazil nuts, almonds, goji berries, shredded coconut, oats, millet, pellets and cranberries/sultanas.
I didn't agree with the over use of nuts everyday but I didn't know til I came back.
He also got and still gets corn on cobs, carrot, celery, salad mix, green beans, lettuce, bokchoi, snap peas, and one piece of fruit like a section of Apple, or a skewer of a mix of blueberries, raspberries, grapes or blackberries
Fruit and veggies are randomly selected every day so he wouldn't get the same thing every day.
Much appreciated parrot family ((:
