I use all lettuces except iceberg, regular/red/rainbow Swiss Chard, dandelions, regular/purple/blu/dino kale, bok choy, nappa and all other cabbages (but mostly red, green and savoy), chicory, escarole, carrot greens (very, very seldom), broccoli and broccoli rabe, radicchio (not often), endive (seldom, it's too expensive for the number of birds I have), celery, basil and fresh oregano. I never feed spinach or parsley.
