Well, the analysis pretty much agrees with what I said, there has to be something wrong with the liver for the bile acids and the AST to be high as well as the cholesterol - the other stuff that is off can be, mostly, related to dehydration but the very, very low white cell count is quite worrisome...
The analysis also gives bad care (they call it 'sub-optimal husbandry') but I don't think that could be the cause of all these wacky values with a parrot that is only one year old (you need years of physical (bad diet, bad lights, human light schedule, etc) and/or emotional (loneliness, depression, insecurity, etc) for a bird to show bad blood work results...
I really do not know what to tell you... Have they considered an aspergilloma? If they have and found none, I would just do intense supportive care: never leave him alone, eliminate all possible sources of stress (children, other animals, trips outside the house, loud noises, etc), keep him at a strict solar schedule, flight, sun exposure, and fresh organic diet and supplements. I really do not think there is anything else you can do at this point in time...
Supplements for immune system are food rich in vit C, E and capsicum as well as high in antioxidants, Echinacea (but only 5 days in a row and rest for 2), ginseng, ginger (parrots love the taste of ginger), turmeric, cat's claw, oregano, garlic, probiotics (but you need to make sure they are the good ones). Now, the key is not to overdo it so don't feed the poor thing garlic, oregano, ginger, turmeric and peppers every day. Do a couple one day, another two the next, etc. Easy does it - you don't want to overwhelm the system, either.
