I guess if you look at the results the whiteblood cells are my biggest worry or lack of them!

What is the full text of the paragraph on the bottom? There are several things that appear to be high or low. I am not sure what they all mean but there is enough to say that something is not right.

Well, the analysis pretty much agrees with what I said, there has to be something wrong with the liver for the bile acids and the AST to be high as well as the cholesterol - the other stuff that is off can be, mostly, related to dehydration but the very, very low white cell count is quite worrisome...

The analysis also gives bad care (they call it 'sub-optimal husbandry') but I don't think that could be the cause of all these wacky values with a parrot that is only one year old (you need years of physical (bad diet, bad lights, human light schedule, etc) and/or emotional (loneliness, depression, insecurity, etc) for a bird to show bad blood work results...

I really do not know what to tell you... Have they considered an aspergilloma? If they have and found none, I would just do intense supportive care: never leave him alone, eliminate all possible sources of stress (children, other animals, trips outside the house, loud noises, etc), keep him at a strict solar schedule, flight, sun exposure, and fresh organic diet and supplements. I really do not think there is anything else you can do at this point in time...

Supplements for immune system are food rich in vit C, E and capsicum as well as high in antioxidants, Echinacea (but only 5 days in a row and rest for 2), ginseng, ginger (parrots love the taste of ginger), turmeric, cat's claw, oregano, garlic, probiotics (but you need to make sure they are the good ones). Now, the key is not to overdo it so don't feed the poor thing garlic, oregano, ginger, turmeric and peppers every day. Do a couple one day, another two the next, etc. Easy does it - you don't want to overwhelm the system, either.

Thanks so much for your reply I might go and see another vet next week - I have been told his liver is fine after the biopsy so its very odd indeed. He has been on Harrison pellets for months and plenty of veg he is well looked after so its all a bit odd. Perhaps we should try separating him from the other senegal - perhaps seperate cages to see if thats stressing him out.

Well, yes, you should have separated him from day one because, if this happens to be some weird contagious disease, you will end up with two or more sick birds instead of one. Quarantine is a must with any type of health issue for nothing else than the fact that parrots always try to hide by themselves when they are not feeling well so keeping him 'in the middle of things' would only add stress.

I think the vet was saying bad husbandry as in his ancestral line. If the parents were not cared for properly the weakness is passed to the baby. It may even go farther back than the parents or sibling mating.
Breeders are the scum of the earth the way I see it. They get by as cheaply as they can and sell as soon as they can. My sister breeds English Bull dogs and Yorkies. They are fed the cheapest food to keep cost down. Their care is minimal. She got a little red Chihuahua from a breeder who said she could not be breed. My sister was going to breed her. She had been alone in a cage for the first 8 month of her life with no human contact. The little thing was so scared she would shake and cry puddles. I had a puppy but I took her. She bonded to the other puppy and learned to trust me though the others actions.

No, there is no way the technician or vet can determine with any certainty that the bird is sick because the parents were not cared for properly. You can tell certain things from babies development, plumage, etc but a one year old bird is way past the time when you can pinpoint whether the problem was caused by the parents. They were definitely referring to the owner's husbandry.
