This one puts me at the far reaches of what I do and don't know to do, and for that reason I will say that Pajarita is much more qualified and experienced than I am.
I would normally say get rid of the nest, but she is sitting on the eggs and until she decides that they are not going to hatch I am afraid that getting rid of the nest and eggs will just cause her to try to lay a new clutch.
The bruising or necrotic tissue that I am seeing in your pictures suggest to me that there is more going on than just a hard foam nest, and that what we are seeing may just be the effects of a longer lasting problem, such as improper perches and poor nutrition.
To that end I would like to know what you are using for perches for your bird as well as what you are feeding her in the mornings and evenings. Does this bird get any vitamin/ mineral suppliments?

OMG, that looks like bumblefoot to me! She has open sores at the bottom of her feet and needs to be taken care of so, please, take the eggs out and give them to another pair or a nurse bird. She needs treatment and cannot take care of babies. Take the nest (what do you mean by hard foam? nests are made of wood) and perches out, get branches and wrap them with vetwrap or something similar. put her on antibiotics and review her diet. If you don't take care of this, she can lose both her feet.

Thank you all.
I realized the problem was the hard floor of the nest.
The nest floor covered with soft surface.
I ointment on she feet & I gave she some antibiotics.
Now she is much better.

Please read this article on bumblefoot http://beautyofbirds.com/bumblefoot.html
I think that there is more than a foam nest going on here and would really like to help your bird. I think that diet and perches are partly the cause as this condition takes a while to develop to this level of seriousness, much longer, in my opinion, than the time required to hatch eggs.

Wolf is correct, this problem is not a couple of weeks old, it has been there much longer than that for her to have open sores. Please, re-evaluate your husbandry.
