I notice my parrot's feet is changing in color

Guys can anyone help me ??
I have a gala parrot I notice one of his feet is getting little bit in blue and the other is grey plus a little different in size. Can anyone tell me what should I do ?? Is it normal ?

Not normal at all! Look closely for any thing that may be cutting of blood supply to the foot, like a small string or such. If you find something remove it, if you can't find anything get the bird in to a vet before it loses a foot.
