My cockatiel loves snap peas too! He first tried them today and first he was a bit hesitant when I tried hand feeding the pea, but when they were in his bowl, he took all the peas out of the pod and gobbled them all up :D he also ate some of the pod, is this ok? Mine hates citrus, berries and melon too lol. I don't know why, but he seemed scared of them :? He also loves apple, peach and like most parrot, he is bonkers for corn.

What pellets do you use? Most pellets I've seen are corn-based.

It's probably not that expensive to buy small amounts of pre-cut veggies. He doesn't have a ton of birds so one package is enough. You can get little packages like that for pretty cheap.

I think all birds must love corn! That was the trick I used to get Romeo and Juliet to eat more fresh food.
