Ok thabks guys, will be adding different grains to it everyday ao it mixes it up for him daily.
Hes been eating but i feel like hes not eating alot.
Im not sure how much i should be feeding him so i kind of scoop a spoon full daily for him (pellets for dinner mash for breaky)

Just watch the amount of food and if he runs out of food before dinner time increase the gloop, if there is too much left in his dish at dinner time reduce the amount of gloop a little.

I always have lots of leftover gloop in the evening (I collect it and give it to the street pigeons along with seeds the following morning) so, for what I can tell, you can't really overfeed it and it doesn't cause obesity (like seeds and pellets would) because, with the exception of handicapped birds that cannot fly, none of my birds is fat. I think it has to do with the fact that the grains are whole and cooked (thereby infused with even more moisture) and has lots of veggies (all that natural fiber -the right kind for parrots) so, go ahead and put a nice portion in his dish.
