Red Lored Amazon has purple bump on foot :(

Hi everyone, i'm new here.. and i'm a bit worried.

My Red Lored Amazon that i've had for 25 years has had a purple bump on her left foot that seems to be getting bigger and bigger... its been growing steadily and getting more and more purple for a few months now. Its just a slighter shade purple than the rest of her foot, but noticable.

If things get worse I may have to take her to the vet... but wanted to get some opinions of what it could be from everyone. It doesn't seem to hurt her, and she doesn't seem to favor the other foot in any way.. just the top of her foot, where all the toes come together, is getting steadily more swollen and purple.

can anyone suggest what it could be?

Pictures could be helpful, but if it has been getting worse for this amount of time I would suggest a visit to the vet.

Yes, PLEASE take the poor bird to a vet. It sounds like a tumor.
