African Grey's feather is out of place and bent slightly.

So my male Congo African Grey, who is about 4 years old now, has this one feather that is out of place and looks kind of bent and it has been like that for 1-3 months. It is also ruffled in the picture because he has been picking at it himself too.

Should I cut it, pull it out, or leave it be? :gray: :gray:

Also, Im not sure if its a blood feather or not because he will not let me touch him. By the looks of it, I'm GUESSING that its not a blood feather.

I would leave it alone. I really don't think it is a blood feather, but pulling a feather before it is ready can tear the follicle that it grows from and if the follicle gets damaged enough then it won't grow any more feathers.
